I have no proof that I am mentally healthy but I have an Udhaar card in which it is mentioned that I am mentally healthy. That udhaar card help me to take udhaari from all with 0% of intrest and it also reduce the amount to the extreme end of bargaining. Thats why I am Mumphali JP
